The Silicon Prairie (a take on the Silicon Valley) refers to an area of the Upper Midwestern United States. The states included are Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, S. Dakota, and Indiana. There is also an Illinois Silicon Prairie and Dallas-Fort Worth Silicon Prairie.
